Return & Exchange Policy

The wholesae mega mart follows a friendly policy to ensure your purchases are free of stress. We are always with you, before and after your purchase. As an additional measure, please read through the following terms & conditions prior to making a purchase

Exchange Policy:

We make sure to make our product listings as accurate and descriptive as possible so that the customers can make informed choices. Before dispatching the orders, we undertake multi-layer quality checks to ensure that your order reaches you in perfect condition. But in case, damaged product recived then we will exchange it

Exchange eligibility:

We only offer an exchange for domestic orders. The item(s) requested for exchange should be unused, unwashed, unworn and must be returned with all its packaging and tags.

Reporting Issues:

In case you encounter any defects/damages with the product received, notify us within 48 hours of delivery (24 hours in case of damaged/missing items) via WhatsApp at +91 6359487224

Damaged/Wrong Delivery:

• If it is a damaged/defective/missing product, incorrect item sent, such cases are to be informed us within 24 hours of delivery. We will not be able to help you if this timeline is exceeded.
• However, when a product is shipped from our warehouse it goes under three layers of quality check and we record the process for your reference as well. Still, if there were an issue with the product, we would resolve it for you.
• If reverse pickup facility is available on your pin code, we will arrange a pick-up for the same place of delivery and re-send the product.
• Please Note: Reverse pick-up might not be available on few Pin codes. In this case, customer is requested to send back with customer name, Order id and mobile number on it. We advise using a traceable shipping method for your returns.
• No return fee will be charged in the case of damaged products.
• Opening Video of the parcel for the first time is mandatory in this scenario otherwise; we will not be able to proceed with the exchange.

Refunds:

• If the customer has any issue with the product delivered then he/she needs to contact us within 48 Hours from the date of delivery. We will not be able to help you if this timeline is exceeded.
• Ensure all tags and labels are intact, and the product is unworn.
• If reverse pickup facility is available on your pin code, we will arrange a pick-up for the same place of delivery and re-send the product.

• Once we receive it, it will undergo a thorough quality inspection and if it passes through, we will process your request.
• It will take 3-4 working days after receiving the product.
• A flat fee of Rs.300 per dress will be deducted in case of Money Refunds.
• Shipping Charges are non-refundable.
• Only products which are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all its labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging and eligible for exchange.
• The company holds the authority to make the final decision in any case.

Cancellation Policy

Terms of order cancellation by customer and/or by wholesale mega mart

• We offer you the ease of cancellation of your prepaid orders within 24 hours of order placement.
• We also reserve the right to cancel or not accept certain customer orders due to various reasons that may include reasons such as unavailability of fabrics/raw materials, wrong product listing or pricing on the website, and intimation by our analytics team for payment-related or fraudulent practices issues, etc.
• Our decision to accept or cancel shall remain final and binding.
• Any cancellations by the customer after placing prepaid orders will be charged for 3-4% (as payment gateway charges)
